Jem Warren

I came across this guy a while back and I have been dying to share him with all of you!

Jem Warren is an amazing New York-based singer-songwriter who brings his songs to life with an acoustic guitar and soulful lyrics. What I love most about Warren is just how amazingly he puts his own experiences into words and finds that perfect melody to go with.
It's hard to say who would enjoy his music, since I think everyone would be happier if they heard his songs. I would say he reminds me of a young James Blunt, other than that I don't think he can be compared to anyone else. His voice is peaceful and his lyrics are honest and compassionate.

First time I heard one of his songs I felt an incredible wave of serenity coming over me. I feel like his songs are filled with joy and you can really hear that he loves what he does.

So if you haven't heard of Jem Warren before, you should really check him out! Links below, as usual!

That's right.

The Bitch is back! ;)

Well, to be honest, not really. Just for tonight. I'm quickly gonna tell you about a few bands that I've heard about the passed few months and give you updates on others. Sadly, I don't have the time to review any bands for now, so I'll just write down some links and stuff so you can check it out yourself! I probably WILL write something about them later on, when I have more time. Now, listen closely, I'll only say this once:

Nation Attacks Enemy is band we all (should) know and love! This duo has released their new single a few months ago (I'm late with this, I know)! Not only that, but they're having a concert! So anyone who is in the Helsinki area, please stop by and listen to their sweet music on May 4th @Luckan, Simonkatu 8, Helsinki!

Zac Smith is having a CD Release Show, April 28 @ Rockwood Music Hall in NYC, so be sure to check that out if you're in the area! If you're not in the area, you can always enjoy the music from a distance. Unfortunately, I cannot be there, so that's what I'll be doing!

My Darkest Days is a new band I got to know and love through a friend of mine. These guys have a very cool sound, it's rough and edgy and the musicians are absolutely amazing! Be sure to check them out! (Review coming soon, I hope)

Synapse has got a lot of things going on actually, I don't even know where to start! Well, it's definitely going well for these guys, that much I can tell you. So if you haven't yet checked them out, DO IT! They deserve it!

The singer in Synapse, Noah Edwards, is also doing a little something of his own, so if you like Synapse, you should defenitely go check him out as well!
